GENERATOR CAPACITY
The capacity of the generator offers greater flexibility for adding accessories. Perfect for running extra lights, phone charging or GPS.

Accessories for the KLR650 Adventure include grip heaters (fully enclosed type), Low Seat, Knee Pads and Top Box.
LED HEADLIGHT
The LED headlight complements the modern styling, while offering strong brightness and low energy consumption.
LARGE-VOLUME FUEL TANK
The 23 litre fuel tank is equipped with a built-in fuel pump. This give you more time on the bike between fuel stops.
ROBUST ENGINE
While the fundamental design of the long-running, trusted engine remains unchanged, numerous parts were revised for enhanced reliability. In addition, changes to the cam profiles and exhaust pipe optimise power feeling for everyday riding.
RIDE COMFORT
The relaxed riding position will facilitate long hours in the saddle. Rubber-mounted handlebar and footpegs, and rubber dampers added under the seat, help to minimise any vibrations.
TOUGH BUILD
Panniers (included) and top case (optional accessory) are developed in collaboration with SHAD. One-key compatibility and a top-opening design that makes it easy to add and remove items were convenience considerations. The design of the panniers and top case is well-matched with the machine.
CARRYING CAPACITY
Complementing the panniers, a larger aluminium rear carrier contributes to the increased carrying capacity. A genuine accessory top case is available.
FUEL INJECTION
Fuel injection offers good fuel efficiency and reliable starting in cold conditions or at high altitude.
INSTRUMENTATION
All-digital instrument panel offers at-a-glance information care of a large display easy-to-read LCD screen with white backlighting. Features include a speedometer, odometer, dual trip meters, fuel gauge, clock and indicator lamps.
LARGER FRONT DISC PLUS ABS
In addition to a larger front disc that delivers increased stopping power. ABS offer increased rider reassurance.
